ORIGINS
Sire: German champion at 5 and 6 years old in show jumping, Magic Cornflakes then started on the international circuit, placing up to 1.35m in CSI1*, CSIP/CSIOP. He notably won the Nations Cup at the CSIOP in Wierden under German saddle, then represented Great Britain – a nation, like Germany, for which he was pre-selected for the European Championships – and finally Ireland. From his limited production stand out Magic's Boy ST (vice-champion of Germany for 6-year-olds in show jumping) and Magics First Lady (10th in the German final for 6-year-olds in show jumping), placed respectively 3rd and 11th in the GP of the CSIOP in Chevenez (jump-offs), but also Major Chris CTE (winner in CSIYH1* 1.15m) and Magic Mike (show jumping, Kl. L and M). He is the father of 3 stallions approved in Germany, including Million Reasons (Westphalian Champion / MS-Handorf in 2018). His dam, Cornflakes , 1.38m, has been placed up to CSIOP. She also gave birth to Ready for Cornflakes , 3rd in the German show jumping final for 6-year-old ponies.
Mother: Oukje van de Groenheuvel , holder of the PE labels in Belgium, is a daughter of Kadans van de Groenheuvel , sire of several performers in the three disciplines like Quatro van de Vondelhoeve (CSIP) and Interbrew de Rechri (European Dressage Championships in 2014). She counts in her production Samba van de Groenheuvel , winner in Grand Prix As Poney Elite Excellence CSO (IPO 156/21).
Second dam: the German Daisy , labeled Elite and imported into Belgium in 2003, won first place in the BRP national mare competition in 2005 and 2006. She is the dam of Jade van de Groenheuvel (CCIP and CCIOP under Belgian saddle, and CSIP/CSIOP for the Czech Republic), Mandor van de Groenheuvel (CDIP), Imke van de Groenheuvel (Belgian national champion in 2008), Nette van de Groenheuvel (National champion in free jumping in 2012), the stallion Bon Jovi (qualified for the German final for 5 and 6 year olds in CSO, holder of the title "Bundessieger Stallion Jumping" in Germany, sire of several state-prize-winning stallions and mares), of the stallion Lars van de Groenheuvel (CSO 1.20m, sire of Pjotr van de Groenheuvel, classified in CSIP 1.20/1.30m and CSI1*)… Daisy's dam, Verena , belonged to Gestut Bönninger. She is a daughter of Valerina , a notable broodmare from Germany, who produced several stars of the Dressage circuit: the stallions Derbino , Dancer (father of the stallion Golden Dancer), Domingo (father of the stallion Dressman), the European Domino Dancing ...
PERFORMANCES
Top Magic van de Groenheuvel obtained his stallion approval in the BRP Stud-Book in 2018. He started at 4 years old on the young ponies circuit in Belgium: winner of the Broechem championship and the Moervelden competition (outdoor, dressage and jumping with a score of 80.78/100) always in the "young large ponies" category, he was also 3rd in the "large ponies / medium class" competition in Mechelen. At 5 years old, he was 3rd in the provincial championship of Antwerp (1m) and finished 3rd again in the style L class of the LRV championship run in Lummen. He will be a finalist in the French championship for 7-year-olds Future Elite under the saddle of Lou Morali. After finishing 8th in the 7-year-old Championships, Top Magic will then place several GP 120/125 among the horses. Under the saddle of several young riders, he ranked in the 120cm CSIP and finished 3rd in the GP AS Elite du Mans in 2024. His uterine sister, Samba Van De Groenheuvel, was Vice European Champion in 2022.

Top Magic van de Groenheuvel is a modern, well-muscled, sire-bred stallion with a good topline and good legs. He moves well and exudes suppleness, especially at the walk and canter.
